Inside Sales Representative - Smooth Closing | Austin, TX (In-Office)

What You'll Do

As our Inside Sales Representative, you're the very first impression a homeowner gets when they contact us. That first conversation sets the tone for everything that follows, which makes this one of the most important seats on our team. You'll earn trust quickly, dig into what's really going on with their property and their situation, and lock in the appointment that hands things off to our acquisitions team. Beyond the initial call, you'll manage ongoing follow-up on your pipeline of leads — staying sharp, staying consistent, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

$60,000 - $80,000

• Handle sales inquiries from pre-qualified leads and make sure client needs are taken care of
• Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deal
• Entice customers to use our services again by following up via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication after initial purchase
• Update customer information in the CRM to ensure all sales team members have the most current data
• Assess the sales team’s progress toward company customer acquisition goals by creating quarterly and monthly sales reports

• Responding to inbound leads quickly and warmly
• Qualifying homeowners and scheduling appointments for our closing team
• Following up with leads in our pipeline on a structured, consistent schedule
• Celebrating wins with a team that genuinely has your back

• At least one year of experience as a sales representative
• Understands the sales process and how to use CRM software
• Possess superb customer service skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and communication skills
• High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
